We want to invite you to join us in our functional training and stretching class to move the body a little at home and take advantage of the quarantine a little more!
We are going to start with a general warm-up for the entire body and then perform cardio and strength routines with our body weight. Also, if you want you can add weight with bottles or books that you have at home.
To make our activity more dynamic, we ask you to be in zoom 5 minutes before as we will start on time.
At the end of the class we are going to stretch the body so that it is not tense and they will get cramps later.
It is a great opportunity to do something different at home and take the opportunity to distract ourselves a little!
